About Me …

Drawing on my background in therapeutic care — both as a Registered Nurse and a Creative Arts Therapist — my work is grounded in recognising you as a whole, connected, and unique person with rich layers of knowing and innate resourcefulness.

As a Creative Arts Therapist and registered allied health professional, I work in a collaborative and descriptive way. Together, we build a relationship with creative materials by slowing down and attending closely to what is expressed through your process. The personal content that emerges in a session is explored at your pace, using carefully considered creative procedures designed to foster a safe and supportive space.

My approach is guided by evidence-informed values that ensure therapeutic interventions are:

  • Person-Centred

  • Trauma-Informed

  • Strengths-Based

  • Capacity-Building

At the heart of my practice is the intention that your journey of self-exploration and meaning-making is met with presence and care, with of moments of beauty, ease, and joy — through the creative process.
